BlogPress Ate My Post

This sounds like an excuse a child would give a teacher to explain an uncompleted homework assignment, but BlogPress ate three of my blog posts - and they were really good! Before leaving for retreat, I scheduled two posts: one about preparing for Gruber's that should have gone live on Thursday and Friday's Sew & Tell post. BlogPress informed me they had been successfully published, but not only are they not on my blog anywhere but they have disappeared from my Drafts. Ugh! Bloggers, you know how long these posts take to prepare. When I realized what happened, I quickly typed a short explanation and BlogPress ate that too!

I am still traveling and will not have access to my laptop for another week, but I am giving Blogsy a try today since I am so over BlogPress. If all goes well, maybe I will recreate the Sew and Tell post since I have a finished quilt to share. Otherwise, I will be on a technological vacation for the remainder of the week! I will definitely not work on my Gruber's recap until I know all bugs have been worked out.

See you soon.....or later....

  2. How frustrating! I am having computer problems and am blogging from my phone these days which too has it's issues but at least it doesn't eat posts!

  4. It was great seeing you at retreat! Hope your travels back to Montana were safe and uneventful. Bummer about BlogPress being so fussy, especially twice!
