A Little Progress

I've made a little progress on the February goals I set for myself the other day.

My 101 siggy blocks have all been signed and put in the mail to Rachel.

My Amish Abstractions book arrived today, and I've narrowed down my inspiration quilts to six three.

In the book this is referred to as an unnamed pattern though someone told me it is called Jack's Chain.  I really like this one.

This is a lattice crib quilt.

I'm so glad I ordered the book rather than just relying on the website pictures.

This is called a thirty-six patch variation.  These pictures were taken from the book when I was in a hurry. You can also go online and see them here,  here, and here.

I also worked some on my small Valentine quilt.

Again, I am hoping to have something completed for tomorrow's Sew and Tell Friday.  See you then.

Have an amazing day!!!

  1. I like the colors of the lattice quilt, but the Jack's chain is fascinating. Are there any instructions in the book or do you have to figure it out on your own?
