My weekend was not as productive as I would have liked.
I did get my Got Pink? quilt back from Wendy. I am happy with the butterfly quilt design she chose.
It is is easier to see the quilting on the back of the quilt. This was definitely a stash buster project.
The back was pieced from two different Pink Ribbon Signature Collection fabrics, and here is a better view of the pink ribbon fabric used for the binding. I am glad this fabric has found a home at last.
The three mini quilts I made for the AAQI are listed on their website's Quilts For Sale page. You can click here to see them. They are numbers 4766, 4767 and 4768. Also, their February auction is going on now through the 10th. There are some gorgeous quilts up for auction this month.
I am hoping to get some sewing accomplished today. This may be the only day as my week is looking pretty busy. How about yours?
Have an amazing day!
Those butterfly's are lovely. Sometimes it's a shame we can't see the quilting better, until I see my own and then I'm glad you can't easily see it on the front lol.
ReplyDeleteI just love this quilt! You never cease to amaze and surprise me with your choices of fabric, blocks and patterns.
ReplyDeleteBless you Rene' for you quilt donations!
I love the fabric you selected for your Got Pink quilt.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh, I love all of them! And those butterfly patterns are great, I may have to request that one of these times!
