I've been home a few days now, the kids are all back in school, and I am still too busy....
TOO BUSY TO LEARN... how to use my new Juki Santa brought!!!
10 cuts of Fandango by Kate Spain |
TOO BUSY TO PLAY... with new fabric...
Christmas quilt made by my sister FOR ME! |
TOO BUSY TO UPLOAD... pictures taken on vacation, new blog header, photo of the day...
TOO BUSY TO READ... favorite blogs, new quilt books, 100 Days of Modern Quilting....
TOO BUSY TO OPEN...packages with fabric gifts...
....because I am too busy cleaning the mess that is my house, opening mail that isn't fabric, organizing my sewing area, and other fun things!
The good news? I'm almost done with those "other fun things", and then I will learn, play, upload, read, and open!
Good for you! Just think how nice it will be to learn, play, upload, read, and open mail in freshly organized sewing area :D
ReplyDeleteSuch a wonderful problem to have! Enjoy it, any way you get to use it.
ReplyDeleteNow, the other issues..those might be whole different stories. Good luck to catching up...one item at a time..you can do it!
Girl, there is nothing (ok, hardly anything) more important that ripping open that Juki box...move that to #1 on your "2do" list!
ReplyDeleteThis is a good time to take a deep breath...one "to do" at a time :)
ReplyDeleteToo busy to open mail? that has fabric inside? That's pretty busy! I agree with Mary, sounds like a good time to take a deep breath. Enjoy that fabulous new sewing machine, you lucky gal!
ReplyDeletePower through the other stuff, so you can get to the IMPORTANT stuff. :) Is your Juki like Amanda Jean's?
ReplyDeleteYou are very focused. I would have ignored all the other stuff and played with the machine and all the fabric. Love your sister's quilt. That girl is on fire!
